FCIA and ASNP Align to Provide Latest on Fibre Channel to Storage Networking Professionals20 June 2006
The Fibre Channel Industry Association (FCIA) and the Association of Storage Networking Professionals (ASNP) today announced their marketing partnership to provide SAN and Fibre Channel educational materials to the members of ASNP. The ASNP will give feedback to the FCIA on issues and concerns for clarifying the technology to the marketplace.
"The FCIA welcomes this partnership with ASNP as it will provide a vehicle for individuals working on a day-to-day basis in the storage networking field to learn about updates in Fibre Channel standards, applications, and resources," said Tom Hammond-Doel, Chairman of FCIA. "This is a wonderful opportunity for us to speak directly with thousands of users."
