Fujitsu to Showcase Innovative Magneto-Optical Storage and Scanning Solutions at Digital

Fujitsu Computer Products of America, Inc., a leader in document imaging scanners, services and removable storage solutions, today announced that it will display the award-winning ScanSnap(TM) scanning solution and 1.3GB and 2.3GB removable Magneto-Optical (MO) storage solutions at the CES 2005 press event, Digital Experience! on Wednesday, January 5 from 7-10 p.m. at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas.

The Fujitsu ScanSnap scanner is the first and only high-speed, double-sided color scanner that scans at speeds up to 15 pages per minute (PPM) for single-sided documents and 30 images per minute (IPM) for double-sided documents. ScanSnap is priced under $500 and is a compact, upright, one-touch color scanner which allows users to quickly convert paper documents into searchable Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) files using Adobe® Acrobat® 6.0 Standard software.
