3Com Corporation (NASDAQ: COMS) and CrystalVoice Communications, Inc., a provider of enterprise Internet Protocol (IP) communications software, announced that CrystalVoice has met the interoperability testing requirements of the 3Com(r) Voice Solution Providers Program (VSPP). AirRover Wi-Fi Corp. (OTCBB: AVWF), a Wi-Fi (wireless fidelity) Internet access provider, announced today that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Diamond I Technologies, Inc., a privately-held, Los Angeles, CA-based computer software developer. Diamond I has developed a hand-held Wi-Fi-based gaming system for on-premises use by casinos. Diamond I's gaming system would permit casino patrons to secure a PDA device from the casino that would enable the patrons to enjoy in-room and pool-side gaming action, as well as other casino services. Diamond I's system is based on a patent-pending security system.
