More than 72% of companies responding to an Aberdeen survey, which formed the basis for the report, state that higher-than-expected costs and redesigning business processes are the primary challenges they face in managing their information and data initiatives. The survey found that more than 34% of Best in Class companies leverage professional services to align their information management policies with corporate objectives.
