Salesforce.com Announces Annual Shareholders Meeting to be Held in San Francisco on Thursday, July 6, 2006

Salesforce.com (NYSE: CRM), the technology and market leader in on-demand customer relationship management (CRM), today announced the company's 2006 annual meeting of stockholders will be held on Thursday, July 6, 2006 at 2:00PM (PDT) / 5:00PM (EDT). The meeting is to be held at the Fairmont Hotel located on 950 Mason Street, San Francisco, California 94108. The record date for the annual meeting is May 16, 2006, and only stockholders of record on that date are eligible to attend the meeting.
